Returns/Exchanges/Claims

Physical Products

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within 14 days of purchase.

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@freshepidemic.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.

  5. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

  6. Gifted Items are non-negotiable and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

Claims:

  1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within seven days of delivery to report the issue and initiate a claim.

  2. Claims for defective or damaged items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and appropriate action will be taken to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges for downloadable products unless otherwise specified.

  2. If you encounter any issues with your download or have questions about the product, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@freshepidemic.com for assistance.

Claims:

  1. If you encounter technical issues or problems accessing your digital download, please contact our customer service team within seven days of purchase to report the issue and initiate a claim.

  2. Claims for technical issues will be investigated promptly, and every effort will be made to resolve the issue or provide assistance to ensure you have access to the purchased product.
